This content is brought to you by Korea Tourism Organization. I had dreamt of this moment for a long time – finally, a chance to see my oppa perform live in Korea! So of course I hopped on the next flight to Seoul, ready to become a fangirl in person. But when I arrived, reality hit: I couldn't speak Korean (unless “saranghae” counts), and exploring the city alone for the first time seemed quite daunting. But of course, I wasn't going to let that stop me. That's when my trusty ‘travel buddies’ – some essential Korean apps – stepped in and saved the day!
My First stop: Naver Map. With this, no more getting lost on the subway! Naver Map made sure I got on the right train and arrived at the concert venue without a hitch. Next up, Creatrip. This app guided me to the coolest K-BBQ place that looked just like in a Korean drama. Picture this: sizzling meat on the grill, authentic side dishes, and a bustling atmosphere – the perfect place to practice my fan chants while eating like my favourite K-drama actress. And when I needed a quick lift, Kakao Mobility was there at the tap of a screen!Oh, and thanks to Orange Square's WOW Pass that helped me keep track of my money, so I no longer had to worry about currency exchange-just a fun concert!
When my oppa came on stage, I was ready. All that planning and all those apps made travelling easy, and I was able to enjoy every fangirl moment. Dream concert? Check!Sponsored content by Korea Tourism Organization.
